We are currently recruiting for a care assistants for a residential services based in Whitstable.
The service holds a maximum of 50 mixed residents providing dementia care for elderly residents.

Shift patterns are:

- 0800 - 20:00
- 08:00 - 14:00
- 14:00 - 20:00
- 20:00 - 08:00

**Information**:

- Location: Whitstable
- Hourly Rate: £11.00 - £15.00 per hour
- Contract: Full time/Part time
- Start Date: On completion of recruitment process

**Your duties as a Support Worker**:

- Eating out
- Visit to local parks
- Encourage new skill development
- Activities (bowling, cinema, swimming)
- Empowering residents to be as independent as possible
- Listening to music
- Attending appointments
- Personal care support
- Enabling independence by assisting with day-to-day tasks (this may include - but not be limited to - finances, shopping, cooking, cleaning etc)

**Applicant requirements**:

- A minimum of 6 months UK care experience
- Able to work in the UK and can show documents
- Full enhanced DBS on the update service
- Up to date CV
- Travelling distance to post code area
- Flexible to be on rota
