Care Sante is seeking a dedicated Care Worker to provide life-changing care and support to vulnerable adults in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with daily living tasks such as making beds, light cleaning, laundry, and personal care.
- Help service users with mobility problems, including assisting with aids/adaptations and personal equipment.
- Provide end-of-life care and support when needed.
We estimate the hourly rate for this position to be around £48 based on industry standards and location.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate compassion, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving abilities. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.
