Day/night Care Assistant

We are currently looking for a **Care Assistant** to join our team at our new site, **Whitstable House, CT5 3SE**. The role would suit someone who has a caring nature and who can listen and show empathy to our residents and provide 'person centred care'.
**About Graham Care**:
The Graham Care Group owns and operates nursing homes and care suites for over 500 residents in Surrey and Kent. The existing homes together with the group’s development sites provide the potential to develop places for over 1,500 residents within the next five years.
The business is family owned by Ernie & Dr Karen Graham, who founded it in 1996. Their aim is to provide “homes for life” for residents with on-going nursing care needs.

**Responsibilities**:
- To deliver person centred care.
- To support residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
- To socially interact with the residents.
We are looking for staff with all levels of experience as full training can be provided. Please note that we are not providing sponsorships at this time.
