Nurse Development Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Development Specialist to join our team at Superior Healthcare in Kent, UK. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of £41,500 and flexible scheduling to support field-based staff.

About the Role

The Nurse Development Specialist will play a key role in supporting the development of our nursing team by organising, conducting, and documenting in-person observations and supervisions. They will use their complex care and clinical expertise to provide professional support tailored to individual needs.

This role involves:

  1. Organising, carrying out, and documenting in-person observations, competency sign-offs, and supervisions with nurses
  2. Providing professional support, reflection, and learning that contributes to individual development
  3. Documenting and reporting all observations, competency sign-offs, and supervisions promptly and in accordance with CQC guidelines and internal protocols
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Registered nurse with an active PIN
  • Experience working with complex care physical health clients in the community
  • Experience conducting supervisions and effectively documenting them
  • A right to work in the UK and hold a clean UK driving licence
