We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Experience Centre as a Contact Centre Agent. This is a full-time role, office based, with a 40-hour working week.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all telephone and online enquiries, ensuring that the brand is represented appropriately and meeting customer expectations wherever possible.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer enquiries in a friendly and timely manner
  • Working to individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Ensuring workshop capacity is fully maximised through central service booking procedures
  • Responding to customer contacts and recording all necessary information to support ongoing customer relationship management
  • Ensuring online enquiry service levels are continually achieved and exceeded
  • Maximising opportunities to upsell specified products
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Customer service experience
  • Service booking/reception experience
  • Desire to succeed
  • Excellent sales skills
  • PC literacy
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • The drive to build customer rapport
  • Ability to handle pressure working in a busy call centre environment
