Paediatric Care Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Paediatric Nurse Manager to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing face-to-face support to clients and their families, creating personalized care plans, and working closely with a core team of carers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver tailored care plans specific to individual client needs
- Effectively manage multidisciplinary teams through strong communication and teamwork
- Provide ongoing training and support to carers on clinical skills and activities
Requirements:
- RSCN with active NMC PIN
- Supportive management style with proven leadership and management skills
- Up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators
- Advanced communication skills verbally and written to liaise effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Suitable for Band 5/Band 6 Nurses with evidence of effective leadership and management of HCAs
- Full UK Driving Licence essential
Salary Estimate: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
