About the role:

We are seeking a dedicated Dining Experience Coordinator to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Bank Kitchen Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food and hospitality services to our residents. Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality meals and dining experiences to residents
  • Cover planned or unplanned absences to ensure seamless service

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a caring attitude, and flexibility in your work schedule. While formal qualifications are not necessary, experience in a commercial or care setting is desirable. If you are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and making a positive impact, we want to hear from you.

Salary Estimate: £20,000 - £24,000 per year (pro-rata)
