Senior Care Support Role

Are you a compassionate and organised individual with a strong understanding of care principles? Do you enjoy working as part of a team and developing meaningful relationships with service users?

As a Care Co-ordinator at Voyage Care Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating care plans and managing caseloads
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for service users
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of new initiatives

We require a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who holds a relevant qualification in health and social care or a related field. A DBS clearance and experience in a similar role are desirable but not essential.


Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate (£14.33), premium overtime rates (£1 per hour), and access to wagestream and Blue Light Card benefits.

Estimated annual salary range: £28,400 - £35,700 based on a 37.5-hour working week.
