Children's Nursing Team Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled Paediatric Nurse Manager to lead our complex care team in Southampton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to children and young people with complex needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Provide training and support to carers on clinical skills and activities
Requirements:
- RSCN with active NMC PIN
- Proven leadership and management skills with a supportive management style
- Experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Suitable for Band 5/Band 6 Nurses with evidence of effective leadership and management of HCAs
- Full UK Driving Licence essential
Estimated Salary: £52,000 - £62,000 per annum, based on experience.
