Advanced Home Health Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Adult Nurse with a minimum of 12 months of UK-based experience to join our community based team in Southampton. As a specialist in adult complex care, you will work closely with our client who requires ongoing medical attention due to Spinal Muscular Atrophy.
