About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Health Visitor to join our Eastleigh North/Eastleigh South Health Visiting Team. The successful candidate will be a registered nurse, midwife, or public health specialist practitioner with a strong background in communication and teamwork.

Main Responsibilities

The Health Visitor will be responsible for leading the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme, focusing on the 6 High Impact Areas, using evidence-based practice. This will involve effective partnership working and exceptional assessment skills to develop personalized care for their caseload.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will hold a BSc Hons Public Health Specialist Practitioner (Health Visiting) or equivalent qualification, be NMC registered, and possess a full UK driving license. A Child Branch Registration or similar qualification, mentorship module, and evidence of ongoing learning and professional development are desirable.
