Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Home Assistant to join our team at one of our care homes. As a Care Home Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing quality care and support to our residents. Your responsibilities will include cooking meals, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and spending time with residents to ensure their physical and emotional needs are met.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as a positive and can-do attitude. Some experience in care, housekeeping or catering is preferred, but training will be provided. In return for your dedication, you will receive a competitive salary of £20,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including free training and development opportunities, access to wellbeing and support tools, and retail discounts.
