Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to work at our residential and dementia care home in Eastleigh. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the overall supervision and success of teams being managed.

You will work closely with the management team to ensure that all aspects of the home are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage teams to achieve excellent standards of care and service delivery.
  • Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve the home's performance.
  • Ensure that all staff are aware of their roles and responsibilities and are equipped with the necessary skills and training to deliver high-quality care.
