Job Description

Cinnamon Care is seeking an experienced Domestic Services Supervisor to join our team at Sunnybank House, a luxurious residential and dementia care home located in Eastleigh.

This is a hands-on role that requires the ability to lead, train, and mentor the housekeeping and laundry assistants. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that working rotas are in place, auditing all housekeeping functions, and delivering customer care and service in a consistent manner.

As a Domestic Services Supervisor, you will work closely with the hospitality supervisor to ensure seamless operations and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and infection control within the home. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the home, its furnishings, equipment, and linen are safe and of the highest standards at all times.

This role requires previous supervisory experience, as well as relevant qualifications and certifications. A strong understanding of health and safety legislation, waste disposal, and infection control measures is essential.

Salary: £13.00 per hour plus company benefits.
