Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement organizational change and service reconfiguration
  2. Design and deliver new and innovative service models
  3. Manage significant budgets and ensure financial viability
  4. Collaborate with internal colleagues and external partners to inform better practice
  5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and contractual obligations

Requirements:

  • Proven senior track record of success in leading recovery and trauma-informed services
  • Experience of successfully managing conflicting demands of delivering high-quality services
  • Significant experience of leading operational teams and managing performance
  • Able to inspire and motivate staff to achieve organizational vision

Salary: £65,000 per annum
