We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Manager to lead a brand-new residential children’s home in Eastleigh.

As a Manager with Beaufort Care Group, you will be part of an exciting journey, with the opportunity to influence real change and make a lasting difference in the lives of children and young people.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years managerial experience in children’s homes
  • Expertise in supervising and developing staff
  • A natural leader with a proven track record in residential children’s care
