Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a brand-new residential children's home in Eastleigh. As a natural leader with a proven track record in residential children's care, you will bring expertise in supervising and developing a team of childcare professionals.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' managerial experience in children's homes, a minimum Level 3 qualification in Children & Young People (or equivalent), and ideally, you're working towards or already hold a Level 5 in Leadership and Management. You will also have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

As a key point of contact, you will offer advice, coaching, and guidance to your team while promoting therapeutic relationships between children, your team, and families. You will also build strong partnerships with local authorities and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for each child.

In return, you can expect a competitive salary of circa £52,000 (based on your experience and qualifications), a joining and retention bonus, 25 days of annual leave + bank holidays, and continuous professional development and career progression opportunities.

We are a trusted provider of high-quality care, supporting looked-after children and young people aged 8-18. Our homes are nurturing, therapeutic spaces where every child is supported to reach their full potential. We focus on safety, security, and personal development, helping children to thrive.

Please note that only applications from the UK will be considered. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.

As we expand, you'll be part of an exciting journey, with the opportunity to influence real change and make a lasting difference in the lives of children and young people.

We offer a range of benefits, including access to our in-house psychology team, an Employee Assistance Programme, and the Company-funded Blue Light Card for discounts. Join us and be part of a well-established, expanding organisation with 20+ years of excellence.
