We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join our in-house Occupational Health department. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in occupational health, registration as a Nurse, and a proven track record of managing teams.

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key leadership role in our department, leading a team of occupational health professionals and developing effective service strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading a team of occupational health professionals to deliver excellent patient care and outcomes.
  • Developing and implementing effective service strategies to meet the needs of clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular communication and reporting.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in nursing or a related field and registration as a Nurse.
  • Significant experience in occupational health, including managing teams and developing service strategies.
  • A proven track record of delivering excellent patient care and outcomes.
