We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Professional to join our team as a Clinical Lead. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a key leadership role in our Occupational Health department, leading a team of occupational health professionals and developing effective service strategies.
About the JobThis role involves managing and leading a high-performing OH team, maintaining client relationships and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. You will need significant experience in occupational health, registration as a Nurse, and a proven track record of managing teams.
Key Responsibilities- Leading a team of occupational health professionals to deliver excellent patient care and outcomes.
- Developing and implementing effective service strategies to meet the needs of clients and stakeholders.
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular communication and reporting.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in nursing or a related field and registration as a Nurse.
- Significant experience in occupational health, including managing teams and developing service strategies.
- A proven track record of delivering excellent patient care and outcomes.
