**Your Role:**

As a Care Assistant with City & County Healthcare Group, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our clients. You'll work closely with our team to develop personalized care plans that meet each client's unique needs and preferences.

**Estimated Salary:** £11.44 per hour (Weekends £11.90)

**Job Description:**

  • **Care Planning**: Work with our team to create personalized care plans that meet each client's unique needs and preferences.
  • **Client Support**: Provide companionship, emotional support, and practical assistance to help our clients maintain their independence.
  • **Personal Care Assistance**: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • **Medication Management**: Help our clients manage their medication, including collecting prescriptions and providing reminders.
  • **Nutrition and Meal Preparation**: Prepare nutritious meals that cater to our clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • **Household Tasks**: Assist with household tasks, such as laundry, cleaning, and shopping.
  • **Transportation Assistance**: Help our clients get around safely and comfortably, promoting their mobility and independence.
