Requirements
- Proven experience in frontline management in learning disabilities services
- Knowledge of legislation and CQC regulations
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or willingness to undertake within 18 months)
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
