About the Role:

This Maintenance and Repair Director position involves leading the delivery of responsive repairs across the region. The successful candidate will optimize resources to meet operational performance metrics, ensuring compliance with all relevant property and safety legislation.

A customer-first culture will be embedded, handling escalated complaints and delivering improvements to enhance resident satisfaction. Strong working relationships with internal teams, contractors, and resident panels will be built and maintained to support strategic objectives.

The estimated salary for this position is £72,000 per annum.

To succeed in this role, a proven track record in property maintenance and repairs is essential, along with a higher-level qualification in construction or a related field and a strong working knowledge of health and safety regulations.
