We are seeking an experienced Skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on a permanent basis. As a Skilled Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance duties within the social housing sector and representing your employer professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of properties in line with company standards
- Performing repairs and replacements of sinks, water tanks, and kitchens
- Carpentry repairs and replacements
- Basic plumbing, tiling, painting/decorating, and patch plastering repairs
To be successful as a Skilled Maintenance Technician, you will need:
- Experience working in a building and/or housing maintenance environment
- Effective communication skills
- Knowledge of a varied housing stock
- DBS check (provided by us)
- Driver's License
- Qualifications
This role offers a competitive hourly rate, 28 days' holiday, pension pay, sick leave, bank holidays off, and a permanent position.
In addition, you will have access to a company van, fuel card, and weekly pay.
Salary InformationThe salary for this role is £24 per hour, equating to an estimated annual salary of £49,088 based on 40 hours per week.
