Live-In Support Coordinator

The estimated salary for this role is £22,000 - £27,000 per annum.

Elite Live-In Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Live-In Support Coordinator to play a critical role in our care services team. As a key coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of live-in care services to our clients, working closely with care workers, families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support.

Your primary focus will be on creating and implementing personalized care plans, coordinating logistics, and communicating effectively with all parties involved. You will also be expected to provide guidance and support to care workers, as well as contribute to ongoing quality assurance initiatives.
