Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business and Executive Support Coordinator to join our Shared Services Partnership team. This role will provide administrative support for the Community Safety Prevention Team, ensuring seamless delivery of Home Fire Safety Visits.

Responsibilities
  • Provide first-class administrative support to the Community Safety Prevention Team, including booking visits and processing data.
  • Input agency referrals and maintain accurate records.
  • Offer flexibility in supporting other departments as required, including the Business Support Help Desk.
  • Maintain close working relationships with team members and enhance departmental knowledge.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and organizational skills. A professional approach and ability to work proactively to pre-empt the needs of the Service are essential.
