We are seeking a highly motivated Corporate Learning Facilitator to join our team at Thomas Franks Ltd. As a key member of our learning and development team, you will be responsible for creating and facilitating training programs that promote employee growth and development, while driving business performance.
Job SummaryDeliver high-quality training programs that support employee growth and development, while promoting excellent customer service and business performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless training delivery and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Create and facilitate training programs for employees across the business
- Liaise with leaders and team members to understand training needs and develop effective solutions
- Design and deliver learning opportunities that promote employee growth and development
- Manage administration and coordination of training events
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality training delivery
- 3+ years of experience in training or teaching
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Competent skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Paid travel expenses (mileage)
- Free meals on duty
