As an Accounts Payable Clerk based in Oxford, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Senior Payables Clerk and Finance Manager in maintaining the financial integrity of operations spanning the UK, Europe, Americas, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

- Utilise and maintain the SAP Business ByDesign and Salesforce systems to ensure accurate financial records.
- Efficiently process purchase orders and supplier invoices, facilitating timely and accurate payments.
- Manage tracking spreadsheets to monitor financial transactions and expenditures.
- Address and resolve supplier inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Perform payable reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Key Skills/Requirements:

- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong communication and organisational skills to effectively manage tasks and interactions.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring precision in financial records and transactions.
- Excellent customer service skills, both in written correspondence and over the phone.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently, ensuring task completion.
- Some exposure to bookkeeping with SAP or similar finance software is advantageous comprehensive training will be provided.
- AAT qualification (any level), ongoing studies or aspiration to pursue AAT qualification is a plus.
