Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Growth Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for growing own brand and distributor brand business in the discount channel with a specific focus on customers such as Home Bargains, B&M, Poundland, and Bodycare.

Responsibilities
  • Buiding exceptionally strong customer relationships and increasing our level of influence to grow the account portfolio ahead of the market within these strategically important Discount Customers.
  • Developing and implementing annual account plans and working with the UK Sales Controller to develop a long-term strategy for growth which enables budgeted sales and contribution targets to be hit and exceeded.
Requirements
  • Prior work experience as a National Account Manager level is essential.
  • Experience in Health, Beauty, Personal Care and Wellness brands would be ideal.
  • Travel in the UK is an essential part of the role.
What We Offer

£50,000 to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience + car allowance, bonus, and benefits.
