Job Overview
Civica UK Ltd is seeking a skilled Account Growth Manager to join our team. This role involves generating new business sales opportunities and managing pipeline to ensure incremental gross margin targets are met consistently month-on-month.

The ideal candidate will have experience of selling SaaS into LG or other public sector verticals, with an understanding of Revenues & Benefits solutions highly desirable. The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. We offer flexible work arrangements and opportunities for career growth and development.

The Account Growth Manager will be responsible for defining and growing the account base, producing written proposals of a high standard, integrating personal sales efforts with organised marketing activities, and maximising revenue recognition. Key responsibilities include managing pipeline, identifying customer requirements, and contributing to the evolution of the Product Roadmap.
