About the Role

We are seeking a driven Sales Account Manager to join our passionate sales team. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 150 high-end clients, building relationships, and driving sales growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong drive to succeed in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

As a member of our team, you can expect:

  • A competitive salary of £31,000 plus uncapped commission, with an estimated OTE of £45,000 in the first year.
  • External sales training to help you develop your skills and knowledge.
  • A collaborative and fun sales culture, with regular team-building activities and social events.
  • Ongoing support and guidance from experienced team members.

Responsibilities include:

  • Sales and account management for a portfolio of 150 high-end clients.
  • Emailing, calling, and meeting clients to discuss their model requirements.
  • Pricing each job accordingly, negotiating prices with clients, and cross-selling additional bookings.
  • Regularly checking fashion websites to stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes.
