Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Growth Manager to join our team at Amazon. This role will involve managing a portfolio of critical seller accounts that contribute significantly to the business.

About the Job

The Sales and Growth Manager will be responsible for driving growth and improving operational aspects of the seller's business. This includes analyzing data, conducting deep dive analysis, and providing executive-level reporting on the seller's current business and future opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Analyze data to identify key performance drivers and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with sellers to implement process improvements and provide a great consumer experience.
  • Publish recommendations and action plans based on data-driven insights.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting revenue targets and quotas.
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and ability to work in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional environment.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
