About the Role

The Key Account Manager will play a crucial role in expanding our business by managing key accounts, fostering industry partnerships, and securing new contracts. This is a prime opportunity for a professional with experience in the plumbing and heating sector, particularly in the merchant and contractor space.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Build and strengthen relationships with M&E contractors, plumbing contractors, housing associations, and local authorities to drive account growth.
  2. Work closely with internal sales and operations teams to ensure exceptional contract execution and client satisfaction.
  3. Report on key performance indicators, sales goals, and contract growth to senior management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • A proven track record of managing large, strategic accounts in the merchant or contractor space.
  • An understanding of the plumbing and heating industry, including product knowledge and market trends.
