Strategic Account Growth Specialist

At Chemistree Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Growth Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to develop and implement account plans that drive sales growth and market access.
About the RoleThis role involves working closely with stakeholders to co-create and implement account plans that achieve business objectives. The successful candidate will have strong relationships-building skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to analyze data to inform strategic decisions.
We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around £55,000-£65,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities- Co-create and implement account plans to achieve sales growth and market access.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build strong relationships and ensure effective communication.
- Analyze and interpret clinical and sales data to inform strategic decisions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to plan and execute strategies to approach key stakeholders.
- Full UK driver's license.
- ABPI qualification.
- Sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Clinical knowledge of specified therapy areas.
- NHS knowledge and previous involvement in long-term condition management.
- Ability to build relationships and work as part of a team.
- Financial and commercial awareness.
