This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent customer relationship management skills, particularly within an online context and face-to-face settings. IT literacy in Microsoft packages (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook) is also essential.

A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum is on offer, along with benefits including a generous holiday entitlement, company car or car allowance, and a range of health and wellbeing schemes.
