Complaints Resolution and Customer Service Manager

Fairways Hotel is a leading global insurance provider offering risk-management solutions and business underwriting. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Complaints Resolution and Customer Service Manager to join our Nottingham-based team on an initial fixed-term basis.
The ideal candidate will have experience within a customer relations/complaints environment, excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, great problem-solving skills, and some knowledge and understanding of complaint procedures.
We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the RoleThis is a customer-facing role with a primary focus on maintaining high service levels by providing a competent and efficient service to our stakeholders, particularly in relation to complaints made to the business regarding property insurance.
- Acknowledge, investigate, and respond promptly and clearly to all AmTrust Group companies' complaints and escalated customer complaints within regulatory timescales.
- Provide prompt and clear communications to the complainant within regulatory timescales.
- Ensure consistent and fair customer outcomes by assessing all aspects of the complaints received in line with similar past cases/decisions.
