We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Delta by Marriott Nottingham Belfry hotel.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for guests upon arrival, providing exceptional service and ensuring their stay with us is memorable.
You will be responsible for greeting guests, assigning rooms, handling payments, and performing various administrative tasks. Your role will also involve resolving guest inquiries and complaints in a friendly and professional manner, always prioritizing guest satisfaction.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you should have a passion for customer service and have worked in a customer-facing position previously. You should also possess conflict resolution skills, the ability to work under pressure, and strong time management and organizational skills.
Apart from being a people person, you should be able to multitask efficiently, maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information, and remain calm in high-pressure situations.
