Job Description for Business Development Manager, Repair

Job Responsibilities

As Business Development Manager, Repair, you will be responsible for generating new business development and associated service sales within the TXO Systems Repair division. Your tasks will include:

  1. Creating and developing opportunities across key TXO territories and verticals to sell its end-to-end repair and test solutions delivered by the key repair laboratory in Birmingham, supported by the wider group facilities and technical sites.
  2. Driving new business development through outbound calls (scheduled, cold, or warm) and maintaining regular contact with existing accounts to stay informed of their needs, expectations, and challenges.
  3. Utilising CRM and database tools to support prospecting efforts, in line with the new business strategy.
  4. Establishing trust and transparency with decision-makers (DMs) to support ongoing and future opportunities.
  5. Meeting monthly sales targets as outlined by the company and providing accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts.
  6. Staying up-to-date on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to capitalise on business opportunities.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by liaising with internal departments as required and adhering to all company policies and procedures, including Quality, Health and Safety, Environmental, and Information Security standards.
