Business Development Manager, Repair and Maintenance

TXO Systems, a global leader in sustainable telecom network solutions, is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Repair division, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth across our key territories and verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in fresh accounts and expand existing relationships to drive sales growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers to generate leads and business opportunities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive new business development through outbound calls and prospecting efforts
- Utilize CRM and database tools to support prospecting efforts and stay informed of customer needs and expectations
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of customers' buying processes to develop strong relationships and secure ongoing sales
- Drive sales growth through upselling and cross-selling across client accounts
- Establish trust and transparency with decision-makers to support ongoing and future opportunities
- Meet monthly sales targets and provide accurate forecasts to support business planning
