Job Summary

TXO Systems, a global leader in sustainable telecom network solutions, is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our Repair Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth within the division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in fresh accounts and expand business within existing accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers to generate leads and business opportunities
  • Drive new business development through outbound calls and utilize CRM and database tools to support prospecting efforts
  • Maintain regular contact with existing accounts to stay informed of their needs, expectations, and challenges
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of customers' buying processes to develop strong relationships and secure ongoing sales
  • Drive sales growth through upselling and cross-selling across client accounts
  • Establish trust and transparency with decision-makers to support ongoing and future opportunities
  • Meet monthly sales targets as outlined by the company
  • Provide accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts, ensuring CRM data is up-to-date

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with decision-makers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and urgency
