Business Development Manager, Repair Specialist

Job Summary
TXO Systems, a global leader in sustainable telecom network solutions, is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our Repair Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth within the division.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in fresh accounts and expand business within existing accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers to generate leads and business opportunities
- Drive new business development through outbound calls and utilize CRM and database tools to support prospecting efforts
- Maintain regular contact with existing accounts to stay informed of their needs, expectations, and challenges
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of customers' buying processes to develop strong relationships and secure ongoing sales
- Drive sales growth through upselling and cross-selling across client accounts
- Establish trust and transparency with decision-makers to support ongoing and future opportunities
- Meet monthly sales targets as outlined by the company
- Provide accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts, ensuring CRM data is up-to-date
Requirements
- Strong business development and sales skills with a proven track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with decision-makers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and urgency
- Challenger mindset with a focus on driving improvement and innovation
- Enthusiasm for the TXO Systems business and a desire to contribute to its growth and success
