Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team at TXO Systems. As a key member of our commercial function, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and sales across our global operations.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiate deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth, expand our customer base, and increase revenue.
- Account Management: Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments to inform our sales strategy and drive business growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of our sales strategy.
- Proven Track Record: A minimum of 2 years' experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Business Acumen: A deep understanding of business operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
- Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs, and business priorities, with a flexible and agile approach to sales and business development.
- Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of the telecommunications industry, including its trends, challenges, and opportunities.
