About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at TXO Systems. As a key member of our commercial function, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and sales revenue.

Your primary focus will be on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and delivering sales results that meet or exceed targets.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

As a Business Development Executive at TXO Systems, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals, develop your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
  • Deliver sales results that meet or exceed targets, including revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies and plans.
  • Provide regular sales updates and forecasts to management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a business development or sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve complex sales issues.
  • Knowledge of the telecoms industry and its trends, competitors, and market developments.
