About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Administration Assistant and support the delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the processing of projects from point of order to completion, including ordering materials and booking sub-contract labour and plant and equipment.
  • Work closely with clients, suppliers, and contractors to achieve results without compromising quality or safety.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge to ensure each project is fully understood and coordinated with internal functions.
  • Work within company procedures and processes to ensure the highest levels of on-site health and safety.
  • Ensure timely invoicing procedures in line with contractual guidelines and quoted payment terms.
  • Maintain all drawing and file records.
  • Recognize and maximize sales opportunities and pass them on to the Sales Team.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is outgoing with a positive outlook, computer literate, and has strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will be willing to learn and be part of a team.

Training and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to complete a Level 2 Business Administration apprenticeship with ITEC Training Solutions Ltd.
