Business Administration Assistant

About the Role
The successful candidate will assist with the administration of projects at various stages of completion, working closely with clients, suppliers, and contractors to achieve results without compromising quality or safety.
- Assist with the processing of projects from point of order to completion, including ordering materials and booking plant and equipment.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge to ensure that each project is fully understood and coordinated with internal functions.
- Work within the procedures and processes laid down by the company and maintain the highest levels of on-site health and safety.
- Ensure timely invoicing procedures are followed in line with contractual guidelines and quoted payment terms.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 5 GCSEs, Grade 4 or above, including Maths and English, and be outgoing with a positive outlook.
They should have good communication skills, be computer literate, and have a good telephone manner.
The role will be office-based, and the candidate will work closely with a colleague and other members of the team to complete administration tasks on live projects.
Training Provided
ITEC Training Solutions Ltd will provide Level 2 Business Administration training as part of this apprenticeship.
