  4. Collaborate in project management, track project timelines, and support cross-department coordination.
  5. Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure the integrity of financial records.

Requirements:

  1. Experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to senior management, preferably in the construction sector.
  2. A background in accounting or finance, with expertise in QuickBooks, Xero, and MS Office.
  3. Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.

This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can provide exceptional support to senior management.
