Transport Administrator Role
Uniserve (U K ) Ltd. is seeking a skilled Transport Administrator to contribute to the success of our logistics and supply chain management operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile and manage weekly transport data, ensuring accuracy and organisation.
- Assist in the management and recording of driver hours using Mandata and Samsara systems, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, updating the traffic manager on any issues or developments.
- Deliver excellent customer care, managing client expectations and maintaining a positive rapport.
Requirements:
- Accounts experience, with Mandata experience beneficial.
- Previous experience working in a transport department.
- Proficiency in IT, especially in Excel and Word.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work under deadlines and meet targets.
