Hotel Revenue Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cluster Revenue Manager to join our team at Resident Hotels. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenues across our portfolio of brands and hotels.
The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel revenue management, with knowledge of PMS and revenue management systems. They will also possess excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Producing day-by-day Rooms forecasts and a monthly forecast.
- Developing, implementing, and executing strategic action plans to drive hotel revenue performance.
- Owning rate strategy and pricing, ensuring relevance to the competitor set considering local strategies.
Our company offers a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including annual bonus scheme, online learning hub, wellbeing programme, and more.
