Salary Range: $140,000 - $170,000 per year

At Accor Hotels, we're looking for a talented Revenue Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of our revenue team, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and maximizing profits across our portfolio of hotels.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing all reservation channels to ensure RIL rate integrity policies are upheld.
  • Providing education and training to front office, reservation, and sales teams to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maximizing yield per available room through effective management of room inventory.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in revenue management.
  • Collaborating with the regional director of revenue to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue management at a hotel or similar environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience with revenue systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are highly desirable.


We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $170,000 per year, plus a range of benefits including discounted hotel rooms and food & beverage rates.
