About the Opportunity: Our client, a 4 Star hotel in Bracknell, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join their team.

Salary: £40,000 per annum + Bonus + Mileage

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the hotel's sales efforts to drive revenue growth and maximize occupancy. This includes overseeing all aspects of the hotel's sales strategy, including prospecting, client relationship management, contract negotiation, and team leadership.

  • You will work closely with the hotel's management team to develop and implement sales strategies that meet business objectives.
  • A strong background in sales within the hospitality industry is essential, with experience in Rooms and Meeting and Events sales.
  • You will also have excellent IT skills, including knowledge of Opera Sales and/or Delphi.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business or related field
  • Proven sales experience within the hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent IT skills, including knowledge of Opera Sales and/or Delphi
