Unlock Revenue Potential in Multi-Hotel Environments

As a Hotel Revenue Growth Expert, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across multiple hotels by implementing and executing strategic revenue management initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, market trends, and competitor analysis.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a minimum undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience in the tourism industry and at least 2-4 years of experience in a similar position. Strong communication skills, a sense of relationship building, and adaptability are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Management Strategies: Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize room rates, occupancy, and revenue across multiple hotels.
  • Main Tasks: Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with contracted service agreements. Create customized revenue strategies for each hotel to boost revenue streams and maximize key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitors' pricing, content, and strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
  • Forecasting: Conduct short-term and long-term revenue forecasts to identify areas of opportunity and develop strategies to improve revenue and overall profitability.
  • Reporting and Meetings: Prepare regular reports and hold meetings with hotel teams to discuss progress, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Salary and Benefits:

This role offers an attractive salary range of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including competitive bonus, season ticket loans, subsidised gym membership, private medical healthcare, pension, and complimentary hotel stays.

Requirements:
  • Minimum undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience in the tourism industry.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in a similar position.
