Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Management Strategies: Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize room rates, occupancy, and revenue across multiple hotels.
  • Main Tasks: Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with contracted service agreements. Create customized revenue strategies for each hotel to boost revenue streams and maximize key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitors' pricing, content, and strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
  • Forecasting: Conduct short-term and long-term revenue forecasts to identify areas of opportunity and develop strategies to improve revenue and overall profitability.
