Restaurant Revenue and Sales Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Revenue and Sales Specialist to join our team at the Corporate Office of Maybourne Reservations.
Our hotels, including Claridge's, The Berkeley, and The Connaught, have a long history of excellence and commitment to exceptional service. As a key member of our reservations sales office, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and delivering memorable experiences for our guests.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process reservations received through verbal and non-verbal communication while maximizing revenue and handling day-to-day administration tasks.
- Make reservations across all food and beverage outlets for our hotels, adhering to required standards.
- Employ cross-selling and up-selling techniques to maximize restaurant revenue.
- Ensure accurate execution of individual reservations, following Maybourne policies on telephone standards, cancellation policies, and written confirmations.
- Create renowned memorable experiences for our guests.
Entry Requirements:
- Provide intuitive service, understanding guests' needs to create exceptional service experiences.
- Demonstrate dedication to Maybourne and a commitment to consistent quality in our products and services.
- Have experience working in a similar role within a hotel environment, although this is not a prerequisite.
- Be an avid learner, adaptable, and possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exhibit strong customer care skills and ability to work under pressure with excellent attention to detail.
- Display a high standard of personal presentation with a confident, professional, and welcoming personality.
Salary and Benefits:

- An estimated annual salary of $60,000 - $80,000 based on location and performance.
